Mushroom Cap, M12 Thread. 25 Pack
A nylon mushroom cap with an embedded 2.7mm x 63mm dia Hot Dipped Galvanised Washer. A stainless steel M10 threaded nut is also embedded in the head, with grooves cut into the sides to allow the molten nylon to fill the space and provide extra strength.
UV Neutral material with a gloss finish.

The CRH M12 Mushroom Cap was tested by a NATA approved laboratory as part of a Ceiling Suspension Kit static load test. At 19.4kN (1978kg) a fracture of the M12 Threaded Rod was observed, at that point no damage to the CSD-12 Mushroom Cap was recorded.
